Propaganda about sea and islands for 2,900 new students of Dalat University

From September 8 to 10, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department coordinated with the Naval Region 4 Command to organize propaganda about seas and islands at Da Lat University.

At the propaganda session, more than 700 students of Dalat University listened to the reporter of Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 disseminate, propagate and provide information on the situation of Vietnam's seas and islands in recent times; historical evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the two special zones of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa; the viewpoints and policies of the Party and State on protecting sovereignty over seas and islands.

Staff and lecturers of Dalat University attended the propaganda session on the morning of September 9.

This propaganda campaign took place over 3 days, for about 2,900 new students and 200 cadres, party members, civil servants and employees of Dalat University.

Through propaganda activities, students are not only equipped with knowledge about national sovereignty at sea but also arouse patriotism and responsibility of young people for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, especially firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sacred sea and islands.

Delegates and many students of Dalat University attended the propaganda session.

It is known that this is the second time that the Naval Region 4 Command has coordinated to organize propaganda about the sea and islands in Lam Dong province. This activity contributes to raising the understanding of cadres, party members, lecturers, teachers, students about the position, role and importance of the sea, islands and the Vietnam People's Navy; thereby, determining the obligations and responsibilities of citizens in protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the current period.
