At the awareness session, more than 700 students from Da Lat University listened to a speaker from Brigade 162, Region 4 of the Navy, disseminate information about the recent situation of Vietnam's seas and islands; historical evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa special zones; and the Party and State's views and policies on protecting maritime sovereignty.

This outreach campaign lasted three days and reached approximately 2,900 new students and 200 officials, Party members, staff, and workers of Da Lat University.
Through these awareness-raising activities, students are not only equipped with knowledge about national sovereignty at sea but also awakened in patriotism and a sense of responsibility among young people towards the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland, especially firmly safeguarding the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands.
