According to the Vehicle and Driver Management Department of the Hai Duong Department of Transport, an average of 5,500-6,000 people participate in driving license exams for cars and motorcycles at centers in Hai Duong each month. Of these, the pass rate for car driving licenses is only 40-45%, while the pass rate for motorcycle driving licenses is 65-70%.

In the first six months of 2024, the Department of Transportation issued more than 21,000 driver's licenses to people who passed the driving tests.

Currently, there are 8 training centers for A1 motorcycle and car driving licenses in the province, and 6 testing centers for A1 car and motorcycle driving licenses.
