The first and second teams in each group will advance to the quarterfinals. The four teams in the semi-finals will qualify for the U.17 World Cup.

According to the tournament organizers' arrangement, U.17 Vietnam will play all 3 group stage matches at Thammasat Stadium, in 2 time slots of 5pm and 7pm.
