The Provincial People's Committee agreed on 14 contents at the regular meeting.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do spoke at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in November.

After discussion, the delegates attending the meeting unanimously agreed on the following contents: The submission of the Provincial People's Committee and the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council deciding to approve the list of projects requiring land recovery and projects using rice-growing land and protective forest land for other purposes in 2024 in Dien Bien province; the submission of the Department of Education and Training on regulations on the list of names of study materials, quantity of study materials, quantity of study materials to support students in literacy classes in Dien Bien province; the submission of the Department of Finance on decentralization of authority to decide on handling of assets and equipment for science and technology tasks under the management of the Provincial People's Committee.

Regarding the submission of the Provincial People's Committee and the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council regulating policies to support the development of agricultural and forestry production associated with new rural construction and the submission of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment regulating solid waste management in Dien Bien province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do requested the drafting unit to coordinate with relevant units to continue researching and perfecting a number of policies and decentralization in accordance with the actual local situation to present at the next meeting.

Leaders of Tuan Giao District People's Committee gave opinions at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do agreed: After 1.5 days of serious and effective work, at the November Provincial People's Committee meeting (first time), members of the Provincial People's Committee discussed and agreed on 14 contents; each content had specific conclusions and completion time. There were 9 contents for which the Provincial People's Committee collected written opinions from delegates. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to complete the notice of the meeting's conclusion, urge agencies and units to complete reports that need to be supplemented and edited, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee before November 17.
