
After discussion, the delegates unanimously agreed on the following contents: the submission from the Provincial People's Committee and the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council approving the list of projects requiring land acquisition and projects using rice land and protective forest land for other purposes in 2024 in Dien Bien province; the submission from the Department of Education and Training regarding regulations on the list of names of learning materials, the quantity of learning materials, and the quantity of learning materials to support students in literacy classes in Dien Bien province; and the submission from the Department of Finance regarding the decentralization of authority to decide on the handling of assets and equipment for science and technology tasks under the management of the Provincial People's Committee.
Regarding the submission from the Provincial People's Committee and the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulating policies to support the development of agricultural and forestry production associated with the construction of new rural areas, and the submission from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment stipulating regulations on solid waste management in Dien Bien province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do requested the drafting units to coordinate with relevant units to continue researching and refining some policies and decentralization to suit the local situation for submission at the next meeting.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do agreed: After 1.5 days of serious and effective work, at the first meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in November, the members of the Provincial People's Committee discussed and agreed on 14 items; each item has a specific conclusion and a completion time. The Provincial People's Committee is seeking opinions from delegates in writing on 9 items. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to finalize the meeting's conclusion notice, urge relevant agencies and units to complete the reports requiring further amendments, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee before November 17th.
