The article reflected on the fact that recently, in Thanh Phu commune, Vinh Cuu district, many real estate agents have been advertising houses for sale on agricultural land.
These houses range in size from 30 to 80 square meters , with prices ranging from 370 million to 1.5 billion VND. The main customers are middle-income workers.

On December 2nd, Nguoi Dua Tin received information from the People's Committee of Thanh Phu commune, Vinh Cuu district. According to the report, following Nguoi Dua Tin's feedback, the People's Committee of Thanh Phu commune conducted an inspection and took action regarding cases related to the buying, selling, and construction on agricultural land.
As a result, the People's Committee of Thanh Phu commune proceeded to record the violations and requested the project owners to comply with the law.
At the same time, the People's Committee of the commune also encouraged the owners of the constructions to sign a commitment not to build or sell until all related documents and procedures are completed.
Authorities are enforcing the demolition of illegal constructions in Thanh Phu commune.
Currently, the People's Committee of Thanh Phu commune has established a Construction Order Inspection Team in the area, aiming to improve management, detect early, and promptly handle violations in the construction sector.
Simultaneously, it is necessary to disseminate and provide guidance on legal regulations concerning construction so that individuals and organizations in the area can understand them promptly and avoid undesirable situations.
