The unit thoroughly applies IT in managing case files and incidents in the digital environment according to the direction of the industry, ensuring scientific. 100% of cases and incidents are diagrammed when reporting and proposing solutions; seriously implement the digitization and storage of digital records and electronic records, effectively exploit virtual assistant software, and deploy the "Paperless Meeting Room" model.

In particular, the City People's Procuracy focuses on training cadres and prosecutors through training programs and plans from superiors and self-training, especially for young cadres, such as: Maintaining legal studies in the early morning; organizing creative programs in professional activities (creating mind maps, sample case reports, indictments, sample indictments); discussions, seminars, presentations to improve professional qualifications, skills, and operations, meeting the increasingly high requirements of the industry.
