The People's Committee of Quoc Oai District ( Hanoi ) announced that the fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue forces of the district police and the local firefighting force of Quoc Oai town promptly coordinated to extinguish the fire at the Quoc Oai High-Quality Vaccination Center.
At approximately 9:18 PM on September 15th, a fire broke out at the Quoc Oai High-Quality Vaccination Center, located on Phu Quoc Street, Quoc Oai town. The fire quickly engulfed the entire building in smoke and fumes.

Upon discovery, local residents and the local fire department promptly evacuated people and belongings from the fire; mobilized firefighting equipment; and notified the fire department.
Simultaneously, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police force of Quoc Oai District Police dispatched one command vehicle, two fire trucks, and 14 officers and soldiers to the scene, quickly responding to the situation. The fire was brought under control and extinguished within minutes. Due to timely detection and handling, there were no casualties; property damage was negligible.
Thus, from September 12th to 16th, three fires occurred in the city. The most serious was the particularly severe fire that broke out on the night of September 12th and early morning of September 13th at the mini-apartment building No. 37, alley 29/70, Khuong Ha Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District.
Subsequently, at approximately 2:30 PM on September 13th, a fire unexpectedly broke out on Ly Nam De Street in Hoan Kiem District. At that time, Ly Nam De Street was bustling with activity. Thanks to the activation of the neighborhood fire safety team, many residents mobilized fire extinguishers and rushed to put out the fire.
Upon receiving the report, the Hoan Kiem District Police quickly dispatched technical equipment and officers to the scene, extinguishing the fire shortly afterward. Initial reports indicate that the fire caused no casualties. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
