HNP - On August 10, the People's Committee of Dong Anh commune (Hanoi city) organized the launching ceremony of the "Digital Education for All" movement and deployed the "Application of AI technology in schools" contest for the 2025-2026 school year with the theme "Dong Anh - Digital Education for All - All people join hands - Comprehensive digital transformation".

Presenting the introductory report at the Ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi My Linh - Head of the Department of Culture and Society of Dong Anh commune emphasized: In the context of strong national digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) technology and digital platforms have been creating unprecedented opportunities and challenges.

Launching the movement at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Thieng - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Anh commune affirmed: If in 1945, the "Popular Education" movement helped eliminate illiteracy, today "Popular Digital Education" aims to eliminate "digital illiteracy", helping people master technology and become digital citizens.

The Dong Anh commune movement will focus on 4 target groups: Universalizing basic digital skills for all people, regardless of age, occupation, or level. Practical training classes will be held at "Mobile Digital Literacy" points in villages and residential groups, directly supported by the Youth Union, Community Digital Transformation Team, and technology enterprises.
