Vinh Trung Temple - Communal House is the place to worship the Three Great Kings and Princess Ngoc Tinh - the tutelary deities who have been respected and worshipped by the people for many generations. The relic has a scale of 5 front chambers, 3 back chambers connected to the tube house and auxiliary items, located on an area of nearly 1,290.9m² in Vinh Trung village. In 1993, the temple - communal house was ranked as a national historical and cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture - Information.

Over time, the temple and communal house have deteriorated and have been renovated many times, but not uniformly. Faced with this situation, since 2019, the People's Committee of the commune and the people of Vinh Trung village have proposed a comprehensive restoration and embellishment project to preserve the value of the relic and meet the religious needs of the community. The project has been approved in principle by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the People's Committee of Thanh Tri district (old) approved in Decision No. 4744/QD-UBND dated September 29, 2023 and Decision No. 378/QD-UBND dated February 2, 2024, assigning the People's Committee of Dai Ang commune (old) as the investor.

The total cost of the project is over 19 billion 448 million VND, of which the city budget contributed 10 billion VND, the district budget 6 billion 841 million VND, the commune budget 1 billion 539 million VND, and social contributions from the people and those from the hometown amounted to over 1 billion VND.
After a period of intensive construction, the project was completed according to design, ensuring quality, safety, and preserving the original values. The project was inspected and approved by the Appraisal Council of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and relevant departments and divisions, and put into use.

After being restored and renovated, the Vinh Trung temple and communal house continue to be a cultural symbol and a sacred spiritual place, contributing to strengthening unity and building cultural life in the locality.
Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, the leaders of Ngoc Hoi commune, delegates and people respectfully offered incense at Vinh Trung temple and communal house, expressing their deep gratitude to their ancestors who had contributed to preserving and building their homeland. The ceremony was held solemnly, demonstrating the tradition of "remembering the source of water when drinking water", and at the same time conveying the aspiration for a peaceful and prosperous life for the local community.
