Thanh Oai Commune: Business start-up training for small and medium enterprises

On September 10, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee coordinated with Hanoi Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center (Hanoi Department of Finance) to organize a course on "Business start-up training for small and medium enterprises" in the area.

Opening the program, Vice Chairman of Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized that in recent years, the start-up and business development movement in the commune has seen many positive developments. Small and medium enterprises, along with individual business households, not only make important contributions to economic growth but also create jobs and improve people's lives. However, in reality, there are still many difficulties and limitations in management knowledge, capital, market and competitiveness.

The course was attended by nearly 100 students who are business owners, individual business households, young people, women's union members, and farmers who want to start a business.

During 1 day, students will be taught by economic experts basic knowledge and skills on building and managing brands and trademarks with synchronized images from online to offline; applying AI tool ecosystem to understand customers, analyze needs and optimize marketing activities; selling with images and technology, with the support of AI in livestream, short videos and popular online platforms.

The business start-up training course is a practical activity to equip students with basic knowledge of business planning, business administration, financial management, marketing and market development. Thereby, helping businesses and business households improve their competitiveness, adapt to the integration context, while at the same time arousing the spirit of innovation and creativity, promoting the start-up movement in the commune.

Vice Chairman of Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai asked the trainees to seriously acquire useful knowledge, thereby flexibly applying it to production and business practices, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Thanh Oai Commune.

Through the training course, many feasible business ideas were formed, contributing to promoting entrepreneurial spirit and improving management capacity for small and medium enterprises.
