Truong Mit Commune: Giving gifts and savings books to poor households and households in difficult circumstances

On the morning of September 11, the People's Committee of Truong Mit Commune, Tay Ninh Province organized a program to give gifts and savings books to poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the commune. Attending were Vice Chairwoman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hiep, representatives of sponsoring units and people receiving gifts.

At the ceremony, benefactors in the commune presented 126 gifts and 9 savings books with a total value of 143 million VND. Of which, Vuon Dau - Bo 168 - Oc Xin - Bo To Quan - Vuon Dau branch 2 (Hamlet 5, Truong Mit commune) supported 50 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, total value of 15 million VND; the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung (residing in Hamlet 7, Truong Mit commune) presented 76 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND and 9 savings books, each worth 10 million VND, opened at Bau Don People's Credit Fund; total support value is 128 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of Truong Mit Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hiep expressed her deep gratitude to the philanthropists who have accompanied the local government in taking care of the people, and hoped to continue receiving support from the community and businesses in the coming time./.
