Truong Mit Commune: Giving gifts and savings books to poor households and households in difficult circumstances

On the morning of September 11, the People's Committee of Truong Mit Commune, Tay Ninh Province organized a program to give gifts and savings books to poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the commune. Attending were Vice Chairwoman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hiep, representatives of sponsoring units and people receiving gifts.

At the ceremony, philanthropists in the commune donated 126 gifts and 9 savings accounts with a total value of 143 million VND. Specifically, the Vườn Dâu - Bò 168 - Ốc Xỉn - Bò Tơ Quán - Vườn Dâu branch 2 restaurant (Hamlet 5, Truông Mít commune) contributed 50 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, totaling 15 million VND; the family of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hồng Nhung (residing in Hamlet 7, Truông Mít commune) donated 76 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, and 9 savings accounts, each worth 10 million VND, opened at the Bàu Đồn People's Credit Fund; the total value of the support was 128 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Truong Mit Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hiep expressed her deep gratitude to the benefactors who have accompanied the local government in caring for the people, and hoped to continue receiving the support of the community and businesses in the future.
