Building a peaceful, stable and cooperative Vietnam - Laos border area

On the morning of October 22, in Moc Chau district ( Son La province), General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, worked with the Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee.

In recent times, Son La Provincial Party Committee has led and directed the prioritization of resources to focus on building the province into a center for high-tech agricultural development in the Northwest region, an agricultural processing center, a center for milk, fruits, medicinal plants and a tourism center in the Northwest region.

The province also actively implements key traffic projects in the province; focuses on preventing, responding to and overcoming the consequences of floods.

Speaking at the meeting, General Phan Van Giang highly appreciated Son La province for overcoming difficulties and striving to achieve many achievements.
