Located on Ba Nai hill, about 7km from Phan Thiet city center, Lau Ong Hoang includes a complex of hills, rivers, seas, pagodas and towers. Forming a scenic area with the relatively high Co mountain and 4 hills undulating out to sea. |

Construction of the villa began on September 21, 1911 with 13 large rooms and many auxiliary facilities such as a generator in the basement and a water tank that can be used all year round. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province has prepared a proposal report to the Department of Planning and Investment of the province for consideration and approval of investment in rebuilding the Lau Ong Hoang Cultural Tourism site. The total estimated investment of the project is nearly 10 billion VND, which is included in the project investment plan with a project implementation period of 3 years, from 2021 to 2023. By the end of 2024, the above investment plan is only on paper and there are no signs of maintenance or repair. |
