In addition, there are: Thang Long low-rise housing area in Dong Tang Long New Urban Area, Long Binh Ward, invested by Thang Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company; low-rise housing area in Long Truong Ward, invested by Thuy Sinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company; low-rise housing in Ba Son Villa and Garden House Project in Dong Tang Long New Urban Area, Long Binh Ward, invested by Ba Son Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
