Accordingly, 6 projects are eligible for exemption from construction permits for individual houses, because they have approved detailed planning at a scale of 1/500, including: Low-rise housing area of ​​Binh Trung Ward Housing Project, invested by Binh Trung Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited; 120 villa lots in blocks C41, C42, C43, C44 - Phuoc Thien Residential Area and Park, Long Binh Ward, invested by Newco Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; 3.2ha residential area, Long Binh Ward, invested by Hung Viet Construction Investment Company Limited.

In addition, there are: Thang Long low-rise housing area in Dong Tang Long New Urban Area, Long Binh Ward, invested by Thang Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company; low-rise housing area in Long Truong Ward, invested by Thuy Sinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company; low-rise housing in Ba Son Villa and Garden House Project in Dong Tang Long New Urban Area, Long Binh Ward, invested by Ba Son Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
