Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City on September 14th, IShowSpeed ​​(born in 2005, real name Darren Watkins Jr.) – a famous American rapper, streamer, and YouTuber – immediately live-streamed his city tour that same afternoon on his personal page with nearly 27 million followers.

The first destination IShowSpeed ​​visited was Ben Thanh Market (Ben Thanh Ward, District 1). Just minutes after the 19-year-old YouTuber appeared, many Vietnamese fans quickly recognized him and surrounded him, chanting his name and shouting excitedly.

The crowd grew larger and larger, to the point that security guards at Ben Thanh Market were forced to close the gates to prevent the YouTuber's fans from rushing in.

IShowSpeed ​​quickly moved to Nguyen An Ninh Street next to the market, then continued to explore several other locations in the heart of District 1 such as Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, the Museum of 54 Vietnamese Ethnic Groups' Jewelry, the Nguyen Dynasty Royal Palace Museum and the Landmark 81 building (Binh Thanh District).

This is one of the most expensive banh mi shops in Ho Chi Minh City, selling only one type: traditional banh mi, priced at 68,000 VND per loaf. The filling includes various ingredients such as cold cuts, butter, pate, sausage, char siu, ham, beef sausage, etc., served with pickled vegetables.

The shop has been in operation for over 35 years. The owner has repeatedly stated in the media that all the ingredients used to make this expensive sandwich are custom-made according to a proprietary recipe.
