1,260 officials, civil servants, public employees and workers from Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old) returned to the center of Ho Chi Minh City to work.

On the afternoon of July 21, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction said that after 3 weeks of organizing transportation, the number of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers from Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old) coming to the center of Ho Chi Minh City to work in the coming time is expected to increase.

Registration is done flexibly through the Zalo application, with separate groups for each locality and agency. Currently, there are a total of 1,260 members participating, showing that the actual demand is very large and the organization is becoming systematic and effective. Through an online survey to evaluate service quality, more than 90% are satisfied with the criteria: route, service attitude, vehicle quality, safety, and amenities on the vehicle.

In the coming time, the Department of Construction will coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to accurately survey the demand for shuttle buses to develop a plan and agree on the pick-up and drop-off times during the day to implement according to the set plan. People in need of using the service will base on the plan to arrange and use the service. Continue to deploy the registration of shuttle bus needs through the Zalo application, and at the same time adjust the way to register for shuttle bus routes on a daily basis to accurately summarize travel needs. Receive feedback from dissatisfied officials, civil servants, and public employees through surveys to have appropriate adjustment solutions. At the same time, research and develop software for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers to register and track the journey of the vehicle as well as the system will notify users of the registration schedule.

Previously, from July 1, the city has deployed free shuttle bus routes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at state agencies, socio-political organizations and public service units. The departure point from Binh Duong (old) starts at Binh Duong Administrative Center - ending at Saigon Bus Station. From Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old), start at Coopmart Vung Tau - through the Provincial Administrative Center - ending at Saigon Bus Station. Users only need to present their civil servant/public employee card to get on the bus.
