3 candidates violated regulations in the Math exam

According to information from the Ministry of Education and Training , during this afternoon's mathematics exam, three candidates nationwide violated exam regulations, with one receiving a reprimand and two being suspended from the exam.

Earlier, during the Literature exam on the morning of June 27th, 7 candidates violated regulations and were suspended from the exam. The total number of candidates disciplined for violating regulations on the first day of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam was 10, a decrease of 6 cases compared to 2023 (12 candidates violated regulations in Literature and 4 in Mathematics). No exam officials violated regulations on the first day.

On June 28th, candidates entered their final day of exams with the combined subject test and the Foreign Language test.

The total number of candidates who took the Mathematics exam was over 1.046 million out of more than 1.05 million registered candidates, achieving a participation rate of 99.61%.

The Ministry of Education and Training's overall assessment of the Mathematics exam, as well as the first day of the exam, is that it took place safely, orderly, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

On the morning of June 28th, candidates continued to take the combined Natural Sciences exam (including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and the Social Sciences exam (including History, Geography, and Civic Education), and in the afternoon of June 28th, they took the Foreign Language exam.
