The technical meeting at Bau Thanh Stadium was attended by the Vice Chairman of Long Dien District, Mr. Le Huu Hien, who extended a warm welcome to representatives from Thanh Nien Newspaper, match supervisor Le Ba Hoai, referee supervisor Pham Chu Thien, security and medical personnel, referees, and the teams participating in the Southeast Region qualifying round held at Bau Thanh Stadium…
Mr. Hien affirmed: "This is a national-level sporting event being held here for the first time, bringing honor to our Long Dien district. To prepare for this event, Thanh Nien Newspaper has made many efforts to coordinate with the local authorities to prepare the facilities and venues."
Previously, the Bau Thanh stadium wasn't as beautiful as it is now. Thanks to hosting the qualifying rounds, it has become much more spacious and well-equipped. That's the first benefit the Bau Thanh Cultural and Sports Center has received. We hope to contribute in some way to the development of sports in our district and football in the Southeast region."
Mr. Le Huu Hien, Vice Chairman of the Long Dien District People's Committee, welcomed the 6 football teams and other participants to the Southeast Region qualifying round at Bau Thanh Stadium.
For his part, Mr. Vo Thanh Loc, Deputy Head of the Culture - Information - Sports Department of Long Dien District, affirmed that security and medical forces are ready at the highest level to ensure the safety and health of local fans and supporters from Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, and Binh Duong provinces.
"We held a meeting and carefully assigned responsibilities to the Long Dien District Police and the local police in Long Dien town, ensuring that each match has at least 10 officers to ensure security for the matches taking place at Bau Thanh Stadium."
"The Long Dien District Cultural and Sports Center has a very large campus. Besides the Bau Thanh stadium, there is also an artificial lake, themed areas, etc. We will ensure safety not only within the stadium but also for fans strolling in the park," Mr. Loc emphasized.

Representing Thanh Nien Newspaper, journalist Tran Quang Tuyen disseminated the tournament regulations to the teams, aiming for the first-ever Southeast Region qualifying round to be exciting, fair, decent, and visually appealing.
Match supervisor Le Ba Hoai chaired the technical meeting with security, medical, referee, and representatives from the 6 schools participating in the Southeast regional qualifiers.
Medical representatives confirmed that one ambulance with full emergency equipment and four medical staff members are ready to be on standby one hour before each match.
Mr. Vo Thanh Loc, Deputy Head of the Culture, Information and Sports Department of Long Dien District, affirmed that the Organizing Committee will ensure the safety of all matches and all fans attending the tournament.
Representatives from the teams, starting with Binh Duong University, showcased their beautiful yet breathable uniforms, ensuring the student players could fully display their talents.

The technical meeting on the afternoon of January 11th at Bau Thanh Stadium concluded successfully, marking the completion of all preparations and readiness for the opening match of the Southeast Region qualifiers at 2 PM on January 12th between Binh Duong University and Ba Ria - Vung Tau University, followed by the opening ceremony at 3:45 PM, and then the match between Thu Dau Mot University and Dong Nai University of Technology.
