Agribank Ninh Thuan: Sponsored 50 million VND to build houses for the poor

Responding to the call from the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province to mobilize support for the "For the Poor" Fund in 2024, on the morning of October 30th, representatives of Agribank Ninh Thuan handed over 50 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province to sponsor the program of building houses of compassion, houses for the poor, and solidarity houses in the province.

At the handover ceremony, representatives from Agribank Ninh Thuan shared that, during the "For the Poor" campaign from October 17th to November 18th, 2024, launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province in coordination with the Provincial People's Committee, and in keeping with the traditional spirit of solidarity, compassion, and sharing of love of the Vietnamese people, Agribank Ninh Thuan has actively responded and mobilized its staff to actively support and assist the poor through social welfare programs and the "For the Poor - Leaving No One Behind" movement. This has contributed to helping poor households have better conditions, stabilize their lives, and rise out of poverty sustainably.

The leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province acknowledged the compassionate hearts and noble gestures of the leaders and staff of Agrigbank Ninh Thuan in supporting the province's "For the Poor" Fund; at the same time, they hoped that the leaders of Agribank Ninh Thuan would continue to pay attention, accompany, and support the province so that it could have more resources to care for the poor in the province; striving to build 500 houses for poor and near-poor households by the end of 2024 and basically eliminate temporary, damaged, and dilapidated houses by 2025.
