Impressions of the opening ceremony of the new school year at Ly Thai To Education System

(Dan Tri) - On September 5, joining the opening ceremony atmosphere of millions of students nationwide, teachers and students of Ly Thai To Education System held the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year with the theme "Innovation to Breakthrough - Creativity to Pioneer".

This year, the opening ceremony has special significance as more than 52,000 educational institutions nationwide connected online and broadcast live the National Opening Ceremony, an important event celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training ).

In line with that rich tradition, the opening ceremony at Ly Thai To Education System was held solemnly but no less impressively and uniquely, affirming the determination to innovate and be creative in teaching and learning throughout the system.

The drums are bustling on the first day of school.

Right from the first minutes, the school yard was bustling with the jubilant drum performance of teachers and students of Ly Thai To Kindergarten, starting the ceremony in a bustling atmosphere.

The most touching moment was the welcoming ceremony for the 13 first graders of Ly Thai To Primary School. The bright faces and clear eyes of the new students filled the schoolyard with joy and expectation.

Welcoming a special school year, the performances at Ly Thai To Education System harmoniously blended traditional culture and modern youth. At the primary level, the performance “Vietnamese Hearts” with the participation of more than a thousand students created a brilliant and emotional image. Meanwhile, at the secondary and high school levels, the English singing contest “Shine on Mic” brought a youthful and vibrant atmosphere, affirming the bravery and foreign language ability of students at Ly Thai To system.

Ly Thai To introduced the Oxford international program into teaching.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the leader of Ly Thai To Education System emphasized that the 2025-2026 school year is an important milestone in the process of comprehensive innovation: from investing in facilities, improving training quality to developing the teaching staff.

This year, the system officially launched the Oxford International Programme (OIC) of Oxford University Press. With the philosophy of "Learning to learn - Learning to do - Learning to be", OIC offers a modern, personalized and integrated learning path, while creating a foundation for students to access prestigious certificates such as IGCSE, A-Level or dual degree system.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Ly Thai To Education System emphasized: "The introduction of OIC into teaching demonstrates the system's strong commitment to providing students with an international learning environment while still preserving Vietnamese identity."
