This year, the opening ceremony has special significance as more than 52,000 educational institutions across the country connected online and broadcast live the National Opening Ceremony, an important event celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training ).
In line with that rich tradition, the opening ceremony at Ly Thai To Education System was held solemnly but no less impressively and uniquely, affirming the determination to innovate and create in teaching and learning throughout the system.

The most touching moment was the welcoming ceremony for the 13 first graders of Ly Thai To Primary School. The bright faces and clear eyes of the new students filled the school yard with joy and anticipation.
Welcoming a special school year, the cultural performances at the Ly Thai To Education System harmoniously blended traditional culture with modern youthful energy. At the primary school level, the mass performance "Vietnamese Hearts," with the participation of over a thousand students, created a vibrant and emotionally rich spectacle. Meanwhile, at the secondary and high school levels, the English singing competition "Shine on Mic" brought a youthful and lively atmosphere, affirming the confidence and foreign language skills of the Ly Thai To system students.

Ly Thai To introduced the Oxford international program into teaching.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the leader of the Ly Thai To Education System emphasized that the 2025-2026 school year is an important milestone in the process of comprehensive innovation: from investing in facilities, improving training quality to developing the teaching staff.
This year, the system officially launches the Oxford International Programme (OIC) from Oxford University Press. With the philosophy of "Learning to learn - Learning to do - Learning to be," OIC offers a modern, personalized, and integrated learning pathway, while also providing a foundation for students to access prestigious qualifications such as IGCSE, A-Level, or dual-degree programs.
Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Ly Thai To Education System, emphasized: "Including OIC into teaching demonstrates the system's strong commitment to providing students with an international learning environment while still preserving Vietnamese identity."

With the guiding principle of "Innovation for Breakthrough - Creativity for Pioneering," the 2025-2026 school year opens a journey full of aspirations and determination for nearly 5,000 students and teachers of the Ly Thai To School System. Innovation is not just about changing teaching and learning methods, but also about a comprehensive transformation in thinking, in the approach to knowledge, and in every educational activity.
Creativity is the key for every teacher and student to assert their capabilities, unleash their potential, and become pioneers who dare to think, dare to act, and dare to be different. This is also the strong commitment of the Ly Thai To Education System: to continuously create a humane, liberating, and inspiring learning environment – where every dream takes flight.
