Attending and chairing the meeting were Mr. Le Xuan Tam, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; and representatives from several relevant departments and agencies. During the meeting, Mr. Kim Jun Ho and Professor Rino Choi expressed their gratitude for the warm and open welcome from the departments and agencies of Bac Ninh province; they also briefly introduced their company, South Korea's semiconductor human resource development policies, experience in training high-quality human resources, and specialized training models in this field.

Letuin Korea is a pioneering company in high-tech skills training, headquartered in Seoul (South Korea) with a branch in Hanoi. The company has built a comprehensive educational ecosystem, including online/in-person courses, publishing materials, and developing virtual reality content on the Metaverse platform.
Letuin Korea's vision is to popularize high-tech knowledge, bridge the labor gap between businesses and job seekers, and train a workforce equivalent to employees with two years of experience. Currently, Letuin Korea focuses on five key areas: semiconductors, displays, electric motors/vehicles, secondary batteries, and pharmaceuticals/biotechnology.
Business representatives expressed their desire to cooperate with Bac Ninh province in researching and implementing scientific projects and solutions for developing semiconductor human resources, contributing to making Bac Ninh a semiconductor industry center of Vietnam and the region.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Le Xuan Tam, highlighted Bac Ninh province's strengths in developing the electronics, high-tech, and semiconductor industries. He also stated that the province has been implementing many policies to support and attract investment.
Currently, Bac Ninh province has 33 industrial parks with a total area of 10,171 hectares and 93 industrial clusters with a total area of 3,497 hectares. The presence of many large corporations and modern production technology has contributed to changing the structure of the province's industrial products.
The comrade affirmed that, in the coming time, Bac Ninh province aims for comprehensive development in both quality and quantity in the semiconductor industry; and highly appreciated the experience and cooperation program of Letuin Korea and Letuin High-tech Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The Department of Science and Technology will coordinate with the Korean Business Association in Vietnam and businesses to develop a plan for implementing the cooperation program. Regarding the businesses' proposals, the Department will advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement the science and technology tasks by the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026, based on the memorandum of cooperation between the Provincial People's Committee and the Korean Business Association in Vietnam, ensuring progress and effectiveness.
