According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 p.m. on November 8, the center of storm No. 7 was located in the eastern sea of the northern East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14 (150-166 km/h), gusting to level 17. The storm moved west-southwest at a speed of about 15 km/h.

Forecast, by 13:00 on November 9, the center of storm No. 7 is at about 18.6 degrees north latitude; 114.8 degrees east longitude, in the northern East Sea, about 420km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 13-14, gusting to level 17. The storm moves in the West Northwest direction, speed 15-20km/hour.

At 1 p.m. on November 10, the center of the storm was at about 18.3 degrees north latitude; 112.1 degrees east longitude, about 200 km north of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 13, gusting to level 16. The storm moved in a West Northwest direction, then likely changed direction to the Southwest, speed about 10 km/h, gradually weakening.

At 1 p.m. on November 11, the center of the storm was at about 17.1 degrees north latitude; 110.4 degrees east longitude, about 170 km northwest of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 9, gusting to level 13. The storm moved southwest at a speed of 5-10 km/h, weakening further.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm moved in a southwest direction, traveling 10-15km per hour, and continued to weaken.

Due to the influence of storm No. 7, the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea has strong winds of level 8-11, near the storm's eye level 12-14, gusting to level 17, waves 4-6m high, near the eye 6-8m; the sea is very rough.

Warning, ships operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
