Speaking at the event, journalist Hoang Thi Bao Huong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VietNamNet newspaper, said: In the meeting summarizing the year 2023 and outlining the direction and tasks for 2024 of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, the Prime Minister outlined the digital transformation direction for 2024 as: “Developing the digital economy with four pillars: Information Technology (IT) and Communications Industry; Digitalization of economic sectors; Digital governance; and Digital data – creating momentum for rapid and sustainable economic development.”

Opportunities in fields related to this area are incredibly wide open for all young people,” Ms. Huong stated.
To empower young people, create learning opportunities, and provide them with the conditions to showcase their creativity, inspiring them to become conscientious and capable innovators for a strong and prosperous Vietnam, VietNamNet Newspaper and VLAB Innovation have jointly organized the 2023 Artificial Intelligence Competition, under the patronage of the Boston Global Forum.
According to the organizers, many contestants from high schools across the country presented incredibly unique ideas, applying scientific and technological knowledge to practical social situations. These young people confidently presented their ideas to the members of the Scientific Advisory Board, who are leading experts from Harvard University, MIT, and other institutions, and were highly praised by the board members.
Through your achievements, it can be seen that technology has been and is a powerful arm assisting people in all aspects of life. Therefore, instead of worrying about innovation, humanity needs to change itself to adapt to the innovation brought by technology.
At the 2023 Artificial Intelligence Awards ceremony, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded.
First prize went to Nguyen Ngoc Duy, Vinh Phuc Specialized High School.
Second Prize belongs to: Contestant group (Phan Bao Duc Phat, Quach Thien Lac, Tran Thanh Hai, Huynh Lang Minh Tri), Thoai Ngoc Hau High School for the Gifted - An Giang; Phung An Nhu, Chu Van An High School - Hanoi.
Third Prize went to: Tran Van Tuan, Nguyen Cong Tru High School - Nam Dinh; Nguyen Tran Thai Khang, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted - Da Nang; Phung Hoang Son, Nhan Chinh High School - Hanoi.
