Start paying 3 months of pension and social insurance benefits in 4 provinces

(Chinhphu.vn) - Implementing the Government's direction, the Post Offices of Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, and Khanh Hoa provinces have arranged human resources and facilities to pay accurately, safely, quickly, and promptly 3 months of pension and social insurance benefits (December 2025, January-February 2026) to beneficiaries.

From today (December 5), Post offices of Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, and Khanh Hoa provinces have arranged human resources and facilities to organize the payment of 3 months of pension and social insurance benefits (December 2025, January and February 2026) to beneficiaries in the area.

This activity aims to implement the Government 's direction in Resolution No. 380/NQ-CP dated November 25, 2025 on solutions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and restore production in localities in the Central region and Official Dispatch No. 3145/BHXH-TCKT dated November 27, 2025 of Vietnam Social Security on the payment of 3 months of pension and social insurance benefits.

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung, Director of Dak Lak Provincial Post Office, in the payment period of December 2025, the Provincial Post Office made payments to 24,125 beneficiaries across the area with a total payment amount of nearly 352 billion VND.

After the recent flood, some areas have not yet fully recovered, and some places have not been able to contact beneficiaries. The unit has urgently coordinated with the locality to review the subjects and update information, ensuring that beneficiary information is updated fully and promptly.

Thereby, ensuring the best interests of beneficiaries, paying the right person, the right amount, the right object. Before the payment, the Post Office also coordinated with localities and residential groups to widely inform about the specific payment schedule of each locality as well as the Post Office's contact points so that people can easily contact when they need support.

Payment points are located in convenient locations such as Post Offices, Commune Post Offices - Cultural Offices, Cultural Houses, Ward/Commune People's Committees...

Ensure payment points best serve beneficiaries

To ensure the best service, each payment point is staffed with at least two employees and has chairs, fans, drinking water, newspapers, etc. to help beneficiaries feel satisfied and comfortable when receiving benefits.

According to the plan, Dak Lak Provincial Post Office will focus on payment at payment points until December 7, 2025. After this time, beneficiaries can go directly to the Central Post Office, post offices, and Post Offices - Cultural Communities in the area to receive.

In addition to payment at points, for beneficiaries who are elderly, unable to travel, or do not have a designated recipient, the Post Office will make payment at home.

In Lam Dong, the Provincial Post Office has arranged 296 payment points throughout the area. Each payment point publicly posts the list of monthly pension and social insurance beneficiaries, and notifies beneficiaries about social insurance policies.

In the payment period of December 2025, Lam Dong Provincial Post Office will make payments to 14,799 beneficiaries in the area, of which 142 beneficiaries will be paid at home. The total amount of pensions and social insurance benefits paid during the period is 253.3 billion VND. It is expected that the direct payment at the point will last until December 10, 2025.

With good experience in paying pensions and social security policies, along with the commitment and responsibility to the community, in recent times, the payment of social security policies of Vietnam Post has received support from beneficiaries and local authorities. The payment of benefits is in accordance with regulations, public and transparent in implementing the payment policy.

Payment schedules are made at fixed monthly intervals and are communicated to each beneficiary. Payments are made on time, to the correct beneficiary, and in the correct amount according to the payment list provided by the social insurance agency.
