Specifically, on April 24th, the Security Investigation Agency - Hanoi City Police issued a Decision to initiate a criminal case, a Decision to prosecute the suspect, and an Order for temporary detention against Nguyen Van Binh (born in 1973; residing at Room 11B09, Twin Tower Building, 265 Cau Giay Street, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi; Occupation: Director of the Legal Department - Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) for the crime of "Intentionally disclosing State secrets," as stipulated in Article 337 of the Penal Code.
The Hanoi City Police's Security Investigation Agency is currently expanding its investigation to clarify the case.
