Tu Du Hospital, branch 2, has a scale of 300 beds, including the Emergency - Resuscitation Department, Examination Department with full specialties, Obstetrics - Gynecology Department, Pediatrics Department, General Internal Medicine - Dialysis Department, Surgery Department and paraclinical departments.

According to Associate Professor, Doctor, Doctor Tang Chi Thuong, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health , the operation of Tu Du Hospital 2 will bring specialized medical services closer to people in remote areas - helping to reduce the number of referrals, saving time and travel costs for pregnant women, children and patients in Can Gio commune and neighboring areas; helping to strengthen the capacity of emergency and on-site treatment, especially high-risk obstetric cases, neonatal emergencies and common accidents.
