BTO-In a series of activities to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the Vietnam Women's Union will organize the third national program to honor excellent grassroots women's union presidents in 2023 with the theme "October Flowers". The program will take place from October 17 to 19 in Hanoi .

Among the 293 delegates honored as excellent Chairmen of the National Women's Union, Binh Thuan has 4 delegates including: Nguyen Thi Bich Tram - Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Nam Chinh Commune, Duc Linh District; Dinh Thi Yen - Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Song Binh Commune, Bac Binh District; Le Thi Thu Hai - Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Thien Nghiep Commune, Phan Thiet City and Le Thi Thanh Van - Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Hong Son Commune, Ham Thuan Bac District.
