Hai Duong Provincial Military Command won first prize in the "Skilled Civil Affairs" Contest of Military Region 3

The contest attracted 19 teams with nearly 350 contestants who were soldiers, civil servants, defense officials, army workers, militia and self-defense forces, reserve forces and twinned units of Military Region 3.

The teams went through 3 rounds: Introducing the agency or unit; promoting typical and effective operating models; and competing on knowledge and situation handling.

The contest took place over two days, May 15 and 16, to disseminate and propagate mass mobilization activities; exchange experiences, good, creative and effective ways of doing things in implementing the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units".

At the end of the contest, the organizing committee awarded the first prize to the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command and Division 395; the second prize to the Hai Phong City Military Command and Brigade 242; the third prize to the Military Commands of Nam Dinh and Quang Ninh provinces, Economic - Defense Group 327 and Brigade 513.

This is also an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
