On July 19, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decisions No. 1957 and 1958 QD-BGDDT on determining the threshold to ensure input quality for health majors with university-level practice certificates; university-level teacher training majors and college-level preschooleducation majors in 2024.
Accordingly, the threshold to ensure input quality from high school graduation exam scores to enroll in these two groups of majors in 2024 for candidates in region 3 with the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects will remain stable as in 2023.
Specifically, the threshold to ensure the quality of admission to majors in the group of majors training university-level teachers is 19 points. For majors of physical education, music education and fine arts education, it is 18 points for the combination of 3 cultural subjects. Other combination of admission is implemented according to the provisions of the current admission regulations.
The threshold to ensure the quality of admission to the college-level preschool education sector is 17 points for the combination of 3 cultural subjects, other combination of admission is implemented according to the provisions of the current admission regulations.
For the group of health sectors with practice certificates, the quality assurance threshold for the medical and dental sectors is 22.5 points; for the pharmaceutical and traditional medicine sectors is 21 points; for the sectors including: Nursing, preventive medicine, midwifery, dental prosthetics, medical testing, medical imaging, and rehabilitation, it is 19 points.
