According to the Ministry of Transport, according to the Road Network Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, National Highway 28 is about 309km long, level III - IV scale, 2 - 4 lanes. The current status of National Highway 28 through Di Linh district, Lam Dong province is about 94.5km long, level IV scale, with a road surface width of 5.5m.

Currently, due to resource difficulties, the Ministry of Transport has not been able to allocate capital to invest in renovating and upgrading National Highway 28 through Di Linh district, Lam Dong province in the 2021-2025 period.

"The Ministry of Transport has acknowledged the voters' recommendations and in the process of developing a medium-term public investment plan for the 2026-2030 period, based on the ability to balance resources and capital allocation principles according to regulations, the Ministry of Transport will consider reporting to the competent authority to invest in National Highway 28 according to the voters' recommendations," said the Ministry of Transport.

According to the Ministry of Transport, in the past time, the Ministry has assigned the Vietnam Road Administration to prioritize the implementation of road maintenance work and in 2025 it is expected to allocate about 24 billion VND to continue maintenance and repair to ensure safe and convenient operation of the road.
