Appointing 2 department-level officials and civil servants at the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

According to published documents, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs signed a decision to accept Mr. Do Minh Hoai, former Head of the Vietnamese Labor Management Board in Taipei (China), who has completed his term of office and returned to Vietnam and appointed him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation from July 15, 2024.

The head of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs also decided to accept Mr. Thai Phuc Thanh, former Head of the Department of Labor Management and Vietnamese Experts in Malaysia, who has completed his term of office and returned to Vietnam, and appointed him as Deputy Director of the Institute of Labor Science and Social Affairs from July 15, 2024.

Thus, from July 15, the Department of International Cooperation completed the entire leadership framework including 1 Director and 3 Deputy Directors. Similarly, the Institute of Labor Science and Social Affairs also completed the organizational structure with 1 Director and 3 Deputy Directors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Hoi congratulated the two officials who had just been received and appointed to new positions as well as the two units having new leaders.

The Deputy Minister assessed that the two personnel selected by the Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership are well-trained individuals with experience working abroad, and have skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the appointed position.
