Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment trains professional skills and job placement for officials working in organizational work

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, delivered the opening speech of the course.

Implementing the 2023 Training and Development Plan for Civil Servants of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the training course on professional skills and job position building aims to equip the Ministry's civil servants and public employees with knowledge, skills and expertise in building and completing the Job Position Project, building, completing and job descriptions of job positions, and job position lists.

Speaking at the training course, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, emphasized that clearly defining job positions will contribute to improving the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees. Through that, it will bring transparency and clarity in work and strict control, careful screening, timely replacement of people with limited capacity and low prestige, to create a "skillful" but "compact" staff.

Attending the training course, civil servants and public employees were informed of new documents on job positions; Requirements for building and applying job positions in units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Instructions on building and completing the Job Position Project for administrative organizations and public service units under the Ministry; Instructions on building and completing job descriptions of job positions.

Students exchange opinions at the course

At the training course, the trainees frankly exchanged and discussed related contents, difficulties and problems in practicing the construction of job position projects and job descriptions of job positions.

Through the training course, students will have their opinions answered regarding the content of job project development, thereby helping them acquire more knowledge, experience and update new information to apply in building and completing the unit's job position project.
