Forced to stop illegal music nights held in the pine forests of Da Lat

This program is jointly organized by K'Ho Discovery LLC and a number of individuals residing in Ho Chi Minh City.

During the inspection, the authorities discovered and recorded the illegal construction of a stage decorated with lights and a wooden floor with an area of about 48 ^m2 , 23 tents with wooden floors with an area of about 20 ^m2 each. In addition, in this area there is also a bar counter, dining table, kitchen and wooden floors for tables and chairs...

Working with the authorities, K'Ho Discovery LLC could not provide documents related to the organization of music performances and camping activities.

The inspection team requested the organizer of the performance and music program to stop all accommodation activities and organize the aforementioned unauthorized music performance, dismantle the stage, camping tents, and clean up electronic equipment before 3:00 p.m. on October 24.

Previously, on social networks, there were some advertisements about the Camping music night program held in the middle of the forest on the nights of October 24-25. However, through investigation, the authorities discovered that this artistic activity had not been licensed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province.

Relevant agencies of Da Lat City and Lam Dong Province have established a delegation to conduct inspections at the places advertised to host the above mentioned music programs.

The delegation drew up a report, requiring relevant organizations and individuals to move all tents and stages out of the pine forest area at Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area, and to stop the music performances scheduled to take place on the nights of October 24 and 25.
