On July 10, Tuoi Tre Online returned to a real estate project in Thu Duc City, introduced for the "super rich". In contrast to the quiet atmosphere of the previous period, the investor has now vigorously constructed villas, many of which have completed the rough construction.

According to the investor's introduction, this project only has 121 "branded" villas.

The investor said that these houses have large areas, up to 1,200m². At the same time, 85% of the total area of 26.73ha of the project is reserved for landscape and utility systems.

This is a project that attracted public attention when it was introduced in 2022, with each unit costing hundreds of billions of VND. Currently, real estate trading floors are introducing villas priced from 180-750 billion VND/unit.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online, Vo Hong Thang - director of consulting services and project development of DKRA Group - said that this price of hundreds of billions of VND has been introduced in recent years and still has a consumption level. This shows that despite the difficult real estate market, there is still a segment of super-rich customers who still choose the "super luxury" real estate segment.

"For these projects, it is impossible to sell quickly. They have been implemented for many years and are only sold slowly. They enter niche markets with target customers, and every now and then there will be some transactions," said Mr. Thang.

Similarly, Mr. Vo Huynh Tuan Kiet - Director of CBRE Vietnam's housing department - said that this is a special product in terms of location, product design as well as brand association for high-end real estate. According to Mr. Kiet, these villas are limited in quantity and target super-rich customers.
