
The Van Thinh Phat Group ecosystem comprises approximately 1,000 businesses, including subsidiaries and affiliated companies both domestically and internationally. In Ho Chi Minh City, many of the group's large-scale real estate projects are located in prime locations, valued at trillions of VND.
The photo shows the building of Times Square Investment Joint Stock Company (26-36 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), chaired by billionaire Chu Lap Co. This building was used as collateral for loans at SCB Bank.

Inside the Times Square building is The Reverie Saigon Hotel, one of the first 6-star hotels in Vietnam.
The Reverie Saigon Hotel, designed in the style of Italian royalty, was once ranked 4th in the list of the 50 best hotels in the world .

Located approximately 100 meters from Times Square is the Union Square shopping and hotel complex, also owned by Van Thinh Phat Group. The complex has four street frontages on Nguyen Hue, Le Lai, Le Thanh Ton, and Dong Khoi streets (District 1).
The Union Square complex has a total floor area of 91,000 square meters, comprising 6 basement levels and 9 above-ground levels. The building is currently leased to well-known fashion and furniture brands for business purposes.

Also located on Nguyen Hue Street, building number 19-25 currently serves as the headquarters of SCB Bank.
On January 3, 2020, the State Bank of Vietnam issued a document approving SCB's change of its head office location. The new head office is located at 19-21-23-25 Nguyen Hue Street (District 1).

Opposite the SCB headquarters is the VTP Building, also owned by Van Thinh Phat Investment Joint Stock Company. The building was put into operation in 1993 with a structure of 2 basements and 15 floors.

The Saigon One Tower project, located at the corner of Ham Nghi, Ton Duc Thang, and Vo Van Kiet streets (District 1), was acquired by Viva Land Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (a member of the Van Thinh Phat Group ecosystem) at the end of 2021. The project was subsequently renamed IFC One Saigon and given a "new look" with a new glass exterior. However, according to observations by Dan Tri reporters, the construction remains unfinished.
This project was once expected to become an architectural icon of the magnificent city.

Located on Tran Hung Dao Street (District 1), the VTP Office Building was formerly the headquarters of SCB Bank, which also belongs to Van Thinh Phat Group.

One of the headquarters of Van Thinh Phat Group is located on Tran Hung Dao Street (behind the former headquarters of SCB Bank).

In District 5, the Windsor Plaza Hotel, with its two street frontages on Su Van Hanh and An Duong Vuong streets, is also owned by Van Thinh Phat Group. It is known to be one of the first high-end hotels of Van Thinh Phat Group. Within this hotel complex is also the An Dong Plaza shopping center.

The Thuan Kieu Plaza project (District 5) was acquired in 2015 by a subsidiary of Van Thinh Phat Group. The project is a high-rise complex consisting of 3 buildings with a total construction area of 10 hectares.
This project was renovated and renamed The Garden Mall in 2017.

The old villa at 110-112 Vo Van Tan Street (District 3, Ho Chi Minh City), with an area of nearly 3,000 square meters, belongs to Ms. Truong My Lan and has three street frontages: Vo Van Tan Street, Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street, and Nguyen Thi Dieu Street.
This villa was purchased by Ms. Truong My Lan through MINERVA Company for $35 million (approximately 700 billion VND) in 2015.

Sherwood Residence, located on Pasteur Street (District 3), is owned by Van Thinh Phat Group. This was the residence of Ms. Truong My Lan before she became entangled in legal troubles.

The Mui Den Do project (District 7), with an initial investment of approximately $6 billion, is one of the legally deficient assets whose value was inflated by Ms. Truong My Lan to embezzle hundreds of trillions of VND from SCB.
