Also located on Nguyen Hue Street, building number 19-25 currently serves as the headquarters of SCB Bank.

On January 3, 2020, the State Bank of Vietnam issued a document approving SCB's change of its head office location. The new head office is located at 19-21-23-25 ​​Nguyen Hue Street (District 1).

The project was subsequently renamed IFC One Saigon and given a "new look" with a new glass exterior. However, according to observations by Dan Tri reporters, the construction remains unfinished.

This project was once expected to become an architectural icon of the magnificent city.

The Thuan Kieu Plaza project (District 5) was acquired in 2015 by a subsidiary of Van Thinh Phat Group. The project is a high-rise complex consisting of 3 buildings with a total construction area of ​​10 hectares.

This project was renovated and renamed The Garden Mall in 2017.

This villa was purchased by Ms. Truong My Lan through MINERVA Company for $35 million (approximately 700 billion VND) in 2015.
