The reason is that three points of subsidence appeared on the Yen Nghia dike between K22+300 and K22+335 due to the impact of typhoon No. 3.

The section of the dike marked with signs prohibiting vehicles from traveling on it is over 100 meters long. However, many residents still remove the barriers themselves to travel on the dike.

The embankment surface is riddled with potholes and large depressions due to the frequent passage of overloaded vehicles.

Due to a section of the embankment being closed, vehicles have to use the road below the embankment. However, because the road below the embankment is narrow, it becomes congested, especially during rush hour.

Currently, the Yen Nghia dike is designed to accommodate vehicles under 10 tons, with some sections allowing up to 12 tons. However, residents report that overloaded vehicles frequently travel along this dike, affecting the dike system and traffic.
