Bai Vot – Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi – Vung Ang Expressways officially put into operation from April 28

From 6:00 p.m. on April 28, two North-South expressway component projects through Ha Tinh province, Bai Vot - Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, officially came into operation.

Vehicles traveling on the North-South expressway section Bai Vot - Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi - Vung Ang through Ha Tinh province on the morning of April 29.

Hundreds of vehicles have been traveling in both directions along the entire route, with smooth traffic and convenient transportation. These two component projects are nearly 90km long. In addition to the intersection in Thanh Binh Thinh commune, Duc Tho district and the National Highway 12C intersection in Ky Tan commune, Ky Anh district, there are four other on- and off-road intersections on the route in Trung Loc commune, Can Loc district; Luu Vinh Son commune, Thach Ha district; Cam Quan commune, Cam Xuyen district and Ky Trung commune, Ky Anh district. Vehicles are allowed to travel at a minimum speed of 60km/h and a maximum of 90km/h. After the route was put into operation, it contributed to shortening travel time, reducing the load on National Highway 1, promoting trade, and developing the economy of Ha Tinh in particular and the whole country in general.
