Mr. Tran Tuan Dat, resident of Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu city ( Ninh Binh ) has a congenital disability. Being severely disabled, he cannot stand up straight like a normal person. What is special is that this young man has two hands with 6 fingers.

Every day, Dat takes care of himself so that he is not a burden to his family or parents. Supporting himself is a normal thing for many people, but for Dat's body, it is a huge effort.
