Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Van - Chairperson of the Board of Members of Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest State-owned Limited Company, Chairperson of the Company's Women's Association.

Currently, Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest State-owned Company Limited provides employment for nearly 2,000 female workers, accounting for almost 50% of the total workforce. Besides the benefits and welfare stipulated by the State, the company also implements many supplementary policies to care for the lives and health of its employees, creating opportunities for their development, including female workers. The company's Women's Association also cooperates with the government to effectively carry out social welfare work, supporting female members in difficult circumstances through various means... In the future, we will continue to work alongside the Women's Association at all levels to implement community-oriented activities.

I expect that in the new term, women's associations at all levels will have many practical and specific solutions and serve as an important bridge between businesses and female members to expand employment opportunities, improve capabilities, care for social welfare, and create conditions for women to best develop their roles. At the same time, they should coordinate with relevant units to organize vocational training and skills development programs for women; encourage businesses to participate in social welfare activities for the advancement of women; and focus on developing educational programs, healthcare, and protecting the rights of women and children...

* Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Ly - Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nha Trang Ward, Chairperson of the Women's Union of Nha Trang Ward:

Continue to strengthen the development of a team of association officials with solid expertise and excellent skills.

Over the years, the women's movement in Nha Trang ward has seen strong development, particularly in building a civilized urban environment, supporting women's economic development, and contributing to social welfare.

To continue creating favorable conditions for members and women to confidently advance, I hope that in the new term, all levels of the association will orient their activities closely to reality to effectively implement movements; pay more attention to solutions supporting women's comprehensive development; expand livelihood models for self-employed women and disadvantaged women; promote the application of digital transformation and enhance the digital capacity of officials and members. In addition, the association needs to continue to promote and diversify professional training activities for grassroots officials, aiming to build a team of officials who are strong in expertise, skilled, enthusiastic in their work, and flexible in their methods of communication and mobilization. This will be the core force helping the association successfully fulfill its tasks and meet the increasingly high demands of the new era.

* Ms. Le Thi My Linh (Tu Bong commune):

There is a need for mechanisms to create a solid foundation for women to confidently start businesses.

Starting a business is a journey full of aspirations but also many challenges for women. Therefore, we always appreciate the startup support programs that women's associations at all levels have collaborated on over the past time.

I expect that in the new term, women's associations at all levels will continue to build practical, sustainable, and long-term mechanisms, creating a solid foundation for women to confidently start businesses and fully utilize their potential. At the same time, more specific solutions are needed to support women's entrepreneurship, such as: creating conditions for women to access preferential loan sources to implement projects; organizing mentoring programs and connecting experts, businesses, and members to help women refine their ideas and improve their business skills; and strengthening communication and promotion through the association's channels to help women's startup products reach the market more effectively. With the support from the association, women entrepreneurs will be more confident, stronger, and make greater contributions to the local economic development.

* Ms. Thien Thi Mai Huong (Phuoc Huu commune):

Expanding support activities for ethnic minority women.

Ms. Thien Thi Mai Huong (Phuoc Huu commune)

As a woman from an ethnic minority group, I deeply appreciate the concern of women's associations at all levels in preserving cultural identity, alleviating poverty, and enhancing the status of women in the community.

I hope that women's associations at all levels will implement more support activities to give ethnic minority women opportunities to learn vocational skills, access information and capital for economic development; and build more clubs to provide them with a space for activities and learning. In addition, they should open vocational training classes tailored to the specific conditions of ethnic minority and mountainous regions; help women develop and find markets for traditional products such as brocade, pottery, and food; and create opportunities for ethnic minority women to participate more deeply in local social work. I believe that when ethnic minority women are given the opportunity to develop, their creativity, economic capacity, and role will be maximized, contributing to improving family life and promoting sustainable community development.
