The First Congress of Women's Representatives of Khanh Hoa Province, for the term 2025-2030, is not only a significant milestone in the journey of building the organization, but also opens up opportunities to showcase the role, aspirations, and creativity of women of all social strata in the province. On this occasion, reporters from Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio and Television interviewed Ms. Nguyen Quynh Nga - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, and Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union - about the orientations and solutions to further develop the women's movement in the coming term.

- During the period 2021-2025, women's associations at all levels in the province implemented many practical activities to care for and support members and women; effectively carrying out the emulation movements "Building the Vietnamese woman of the new era" and "Building dynamic, creative, and aspiring women of Khanh Hoa ". Could you share some impressive and impactful results?

- In recent times, women's associations at all levels have reformed the content and methods of their activities, linking the women's movement with the province's socio -economic development programs. Support for members has been emphasized through livelihood models, loans, entrepreneurship, business activities, and social welfare programs such as: "Godmotherhood," "Accompanying Women in Border Areas," and support for disadvantaged women... Through these efforts, many women have been able to increase their income and improve their lives.

In addition, women's associations at all levels have effectively implemented campaigns and projects on: "Building families with 5 no's and 3 clean's," "Building families with 5 yes's and 3 clean's" associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; preventing and combating plastic waste; supporting women's entrepreneurship; supporting women-managed cooperatives and creating jobs for female workers... The development of a capable and responsible team of association officials has become a solid foundation, contributing to the further spread and development of the women's movement.

Over the past five years, women's associations at all levels have provided more than 1,000 livelihood resources; built and repaired 459 "Houses of Love"; awarded 3,288 scholarships, 306 savings accounts, and 52,714 gifts to women and children... with a total value of nearly 100 billion VND. The entire province has implemented 2,672 projects and tasks contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; 296,192 households have met the criteria of "5 no's, 3 clean's". Women's associations at all levels have helped nearly 1,300 orphaned children; guaranteed and managed over 4,000 billion VND to support 103,666 women in borrowing capital for economic development. It has helped 5,722 poor and near-poor women's households to improve their lives and achieve stability... These results have made a profound impact, spreading the spirit of solidarity and creativity among women throughout the province and serving as a foundation for the association's subsequent movements.

- With the theme "Khanh Hoa women promote the strength of solidarity, courage, intelligence, creativity, and aspiration to rise up; working together to build a prosperous, civilized, and happy Khanh Hoa province," this congress is of great importance in determining the direction of the association's activities in the coming period. Could you please tell us about the major orientations, key objectives, and breakthroughs that the association at all levels will focus on implementing in the 2025-2030 term?

- During the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union at all levels will focus on three major directions. Specifically, the Union will continue to innovate the content and methods of its activities, linking women's movements with the province's socio-economic development program. In addition, the quality of support for members will be improved, focusing on developing livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and assisting disadvantaged women; implementing programs on gender equality, environmental protection, and addressing social issues related to women and children. Along with the above tasks, the Union will strengthen the development of a team of cadres with high qualities, capabilities, responsibility, initiative, creativity, and readiness to meet the demands of the new period.

Regarding its core objectives, the association aims to build an effective organization that adapts flexibly to new contexts; a team of capable, dedicated, creative, and innovative officials who are closely involved in their localities, have a firm grasp of the members, and understand women; and to promote the role of women in building a clean and strong Party and political system...

The Association has identified three breakthrough areas: comprehensive digital transformation within the organization, supporting women in enhancing their digital capabilities; promoting women's entrepreneurship, innovation, and legitimate wealth creation; and innovating and improving the capacity of association officials in mobilizing members and women to effectively participate in the province's political tasks.

- To further promote the role of women from all walks of life, what solutions will the Provincial Women's Union focus on implementing in the coming period to improve the effectiveness of its support activities for women, Comrade?

- In the coming period, the Provincial Women's Union will focus on implementing the following key solutions: Firstly, the Union will innovate and improve the quality of its propaganda, training, and capacity building for female cadres and members. Propaganda methods will be diversified, flexibly combining direct and online approaches; applying digital technology, social media, and artificial intelligence to create content that is appropriate and relevant to the characteristics of each target group.

Secondly, we need to innovate in leadership, management, and operational methods, focusing on building a strong and flexible organization that meets practical requirements.

Third, strengthen coordination, connectivity, and resource mobilization, and expand cooperation with ministries, departments, socio-political organizations, businesses, and international organizations to support women's comprehensive development.

I believe that, with the solutions mentioned above, support for women will continue to be enhanced; at the same time, it will foster the creativity, resilience, and aspirations of women from all walks of life, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
