The Tet market is set up at 18 locations, along both sides of Nguyen Hue Street, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, and Dinh Tien Hoang Street; on the road and sidewalks of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Tran Quoc Toan, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Kim Dong, and Trung Nhi streets; and along the sidewalks of Trung Trac, Dinh Tien Hoang, Ly Thuong Kiet, Chu Van An, Nguyen Tat Thanh, and Le Duan streets.

In this regard, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City assigned responsibility to the Phan Thiet Market Management Board and the People's Committees of Lac Dao, Binh Hung, Phu Trinh, and Phu Tai wards to manage and arrange business activities in accordance with the purpose and requirements of the Tet market. They were also tasked with announcing the plan and location of the Tet market so that interested households could register; receiving registration applications, collecting fees, issuing permits for the use of space, and handing over lots ensuring compliance with the permitted business categories in each designated area. Furthermore, they were instructed to inspect and require businesses in areas managed by the province to register their businesses during the 2025 Tet market period.

Local authorities should develop parking plans, paying attention to avoiding encroachment on power substations and ensuring clear roads for convenient fire truck access; parking should not be organized around the Victory Monument roundabout (Binh Hung ward).

Monitor the use of stalls and booths to ensure they are within the permitted area and that only the permitted types of goods are sold in each designated area, while maintaining security and order. Require price listing, accurate and complete sales, and prohibit commercial fraud; for food items, ensure food safety and hygiene.

In addition, check the electrical and water connections to ensure safety; coordinate the plan and schedule with Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company for daily garbage collection; and assign personnel to supervise and remind business owners to clean up and return the premises on time after the Tet market ends.

Develop specific plans and management regulations to enhance coordination among city and provincial forces in effectively ensuring security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and control, and environmental sanitation.
