No date yet, but could be very soon

According to AFP, on February 16, US President Donald Trump said he could meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin "very soon", and believed that Mr. Putin really wanted to end the conflict in Ukraine.

Asked for an update on the possibility of an upcoming meeting between the two leaders in Saudi Arabia, Mr Trump said: "No date has been set, but it could be very soon."

The two sides also agreed to hold a meeting of experts to coordinate steps to remove common obstacles in the work of Russian and US foreign missions, affirming their commitment to cooperation on current international issues, including Ukraine and the Middle East.
