CIEIE 2025 brings together more than 300 enterprises from China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and many other countries, introducing more than 2,000 brands and attracting over 15,000 professional visitors. The event contributes to positioning Vietnam as an emerging destination for e-commerce supply chains , in the context of increasing demand for market expansion and finding production and operation partners.

Notably, at the same time, a series of specialized exhibitions also took place, including: Vietnam E-commerce Product Selection Exhibition; Vietnam International Exhibition on Consumer Electronics and Information Technology; Vietnam Smart Technology Product Exhibition; Vietnam Household Electrical Product Exhibition. Organizing many events simultaneously within the same framework creates a diverse display ecosystem, meeting the needs of businesses in searching for new products, operating solutions and technologies.

These activities not only provide information on technology trends and digital transformation, but also create a direct trade bridge between e-commerce platforms and businesses in the production and supply chain, contributing to promoting sustainable e-commerce development in Vietnam.

In particular, during the exhibition, many in-depth activities were organized to support businesses in optimizing their e-commerce strategies and operations, bringing together representatives from Alibaba, Amazon, TikTok, PingPong and BH Media. The contents focused on shopping trends, regional logistics, multi-channel growth and cross-border e-commerce policies .

The Organizing Committee said that CIEIE 2025 was formed from the actual needs of e-commerce businesses. In the context of a rapidly changing market, many units have difficulty converting hot-selling products into long-term strategies, or maintaining a stable supply of goods during the peak promotional season. Testing new products is risky, making the need to sample small batches, even deliver individual units for testing, more urgent than ever.

In addition, operational issues such as multi-warehouse logistics, COD payments, and return processing continue to be major challenges. Therefore, the exhibition is designed as an integrated platform, helping businesses access products, factories, supply chains, and operational services in the same space, shortening the time to evaluate and deploy.

With the specialization of each activity, CIEIE 2025 hopes to provide businesses with a comprehensive view of goods sources, product trends, new technologies and e-commerce operation solutions. Thereby, the event plays the role of a bridge for trade and technology cooperation between China, Vietnam and Southeast Asia, towards building an open, efficient and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem.
