Girl going to market dies in tanker truck accident in Thu Duc

(NLDO) - The tanker truck was running on Vo Chi Cong Street in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, then turned right and the heartbreaking incident happened.

Thu Duc City Police, Ho Chi Minh City are investigating the cause of a serious accident involving a tanker truck.

At around 6:30 a.m. on December 7, a male driver was driving a tanker truck on Vo Chi Cong Street, heading from My Thuy roundabout to Phu Huu roundabout. About 50 meters past Ba Cua Bridge (in Phu Huu Ward), the tanker truck turned right into a concrete lot.

At this time, the tanker truck suddenly collided with a motorbike driven by Ms. N. (27 years old, from Kien Giang province). Ms. N. fell onto the road and died on the spot.

Thu Duc City Police and related units arrived at the scene and took the driver to headquarters to clarify the accident.

Initially, the police determined that Ms. N. was on her way home from Binh Dien market (District 8) when the accident happened.
