The teacher who used offensive language towards students is being considered for disciplinary action.

On October 2nd, in an interview with Dan Tri newspaper, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh City (Ninh Binh province) stated that the unit is assigning the Principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School to carry out the disciplinary review process for teacher NTV (homeroom teacher of class 4B).

Mr. Do Van Tu, Principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School, also stated that the school is currently conducting a review of Ms. V.'s conduct in accordance with regulations. Afterward, they will report to the competent authorities for consideration and action.

The head of the Ninh Binh City Department of Education and Training added that teacher NTV will be subject to disciplinary action by the Party first, followed by disciplinary action by the government. Teacher V. also admitted to making insulting remarks and behaving inappropriately, putting psychological pressure on students.

"Ms. V. is currently suspended from her duties pending disciplinary action. Our stance is that violations will be dealt with severely, without any cover-up," said the principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School.

Parents who filed complaints about Ms. V.'s violations confirmed to Dan Tri newspaper reporters that they had a meeting with the Ninh Binh City Department of Education and Training regarding the issues raised in their previous complaint.

During the meeting, the parent stated that the audio recordings clearly showed Ms. V.'s inappropriate language, which she had extracted from a recording device attached to her child's schoolbag, without any dubbing or editing.

According to the parent, before filing a complaint about the behavior of teacher V. (the homeroom teacher of class 4B), she had already discussed with the teacher about the frequent scolding of students in class. However, the teacher continued to use insulting language and behave inappropriately, causing serious psychological pressure on the students.

Subsequently, the parent filed a complaint regarding the aforementioned behavior of teacher V. They also accused the teacher of "forcing" students to attend extra tutoring sessions. In addition to the complaint, the parent submitted an audio recording of teacher V.'s statements as evidence. The parent also posted the recording on Facebook.

Following a complaint from parents, Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School requested Ms. NTV to write a report. Subsequently, they decided to temporarily suspend the teacher from her duties pending an investigation.
