The report and opinions presented at the conference unanimously affirmed: In 2025, the Party Committee, the General Department of Defense Industry's commanders and the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives of superiors, grasped the situation of the unit, proposed many policies and solutions for leadership and direction; guided and deployed the implementation seriously, closely, and closely in line with the practical situation; in which, focusing on doing well 5 basic steps: Grasping the ideology of soldiers; forecasting the situation; managing, evaluating, and classifying ideology; orienting ideology; resolving ideology.

Accordingly, ideological management and discipline work is carried out systematically and closely from the General Department to the grassroots units. At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved, pointed out the limitations and causes of the limitations; proposed solutions and measures in leadership and direction to overcome the limitations pointed out. The conference also identified a number of key tasks in ideological management and discipline of the General Department of Defense Industry in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung requested that the functional agencies of the General Department regularly monitor and grasp the situation, promptly advise the Party Committee and the General Department's commander, and issue timely and practical leadership, direction and guidance documents. Commanders at all levels should strengthen the implementation of prescribed regimes and regulations; strictly comply with safety work procedures and regulations; strictly implement the viewpoint "Safety for production - production must be safe".
