On the afternoon of March 15th, Colonel Nguyen Van Bon, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Provincial Police, announced that a surprise inspection team had been formed to check Asia Life Joint Stock Company (Ea Tu commune, Buon Ma Thuot city), which produces Supergreens Gummies (Kera vegetable candy) based on an order from Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City).
Kera vegetable candy was previously advertised excessively online by popular TikTokers such as Quang Linh Vlogs, Hang Du Muc, and beauty queen Thuy Tien, causing misunderstandings.
This matter was directed by the Ministry of Health , and the two health departments conducted inspections of the two related businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and Dak Lak.
According to Mr. Bon, due to misleading information on social media about Kera vegetable candy and the manufacturing company located in Buon Ma Thuot City, the police formed a team to inspect the factory's compliance with legal regulations.

Previously, the Dak Lak Department of Health stated that it had conducted a comprehensive inspection of the facility and sent product samples to the National Institute of Food Safety and Hygiene Testing for quality assessment. The results are not yet available.
According to a representative of Asia Life Joint Stock Company, the two parties officially began cooperating in November 2024. Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company only commissioned the production of a single product: Kera vegetable candy. The entire formula for creating the product was provided by Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company.
According to Asia Life Joint Stock Company, the factory supplied approximately 40,000-50,000 boxes of vegetable candy to Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company. This type of candy was continuously sold via livestream on social media platforms by beauty queen Thuy Tien and her "Chi Em Rot" team, including TikToker Hang Du Muc and Quang Linh Vlogs, and was accused of excessive advertising.
Asia Life Joint Stock Company affirms that it only produces according to the formula and specifications provided by Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company. This factory does not have its own raw material source for the product and does not participate in advertising activities.
"We only manufacture products to order and are not responsible for the content of online advertisements," a company representative said.
Meanwhile, in an "informal press conference" on March 14th, the team that had advertised "one pill is equivalent to a plate of vegetables" stated that the advertisement was based on a formula produced by Asia Life Joint Stock Company and apologized for causing misunderstanding.
