A large-scale festival with 5 main areas.
The event space is designed in an open model, divided into 5 large areas: a commercial area, a pho stall area, a culinary experience area, an exhibition area, and a stage. Each area recreates a slice of the journey of Vietnamese pho, from ingredients, pho cooking secrets, pho eating methods to the role of pho in Vietnamese culture.
Over 30 pho stalls from all over the country gathered at the festival, bringing with them the most distinctive flavors: Pho Thin Bo Ho, Pho Vuong, Pho H'Mong Ha Giang , Pho Ta, Pho Nho Pho Nui, Pho Huong Binh, Pho Minh Pasteur, Pho Phat Tai, Pho Tau Bay, Lac Hong Pho…
This year also features international pho brands such as Pho Khoe (Korea) and Pho Ong Tay, run by an Italian chef in Ho Chi Minh City, creating an interesting highlight on the "international" journey of Vietnamese pho.
Visitors to the festival not only get to eat pho, but also get to watch demonstrations of making pho noodles, roasting herbs, and cooking broth right at the stalls – a rare experience in the heart of the city.
The organizers expect to serve approximately 20,000 bowls of pho over two days, attracting around 100,000 visitors. Each bowl of pho will be sold at a uniform price of 40,000 VND.

An experience space "filled with the aroma of pho".
From 7:00 AM on December 13th and throughout the two days of the event, the interactive experience area will be open to welcome visitors.
This is where attendees can "stroll through the world of pho," from stalls showcasing ingredients and a pho-making experience zone, to pho booths from various brands and localities.
This year, the experience zone is designed as a "miniature Vietnamese pho village," where visitors can touch, smell, taste, and personally participate in the steps involved in making a complete bowl of pho.
Readers can learn how to combine spices, try dipping rice noodles, practice pouring broth… and especially listen to life stories and professional experiences from long-time pho cooks.

Mini-games and interactive activities throughout.
On December 13th and 14th, from 1 PM to 4 PM, visitors can participate in the mini-game "On the Shoulders of a Giant" - where you can play and learn interesting facts about pho. Attractive prizes, fun games, and the spirit of "anyone can become a pho expert" will surely keep the stage area lively.
The December 13th art night will open with a talk show titled "Promoting Vietnamese Cuisine to the World," featuring guests such as producer, director, and actress Thu Trang; director Phan Dang Di; and director Trinh Dinh Le Minh, followed by a series of colorful musical performances.
Many artists will be performing to liven up the stage, including Duyen Quynh, Quoc Dai, his brother Nhat Hoang, and his beautiful sister DanMy.
The selected songs all embody a fresh, energetic spirit and are brimming with Vietnamese colors – from lyrical, rustic melodies reminiscent of home to modern, youthful hits suitable for the festive atmosphere and the spirit of spreading Vietnamese pho to all generations.
The evening promises to be a harmonious blend of emotion and excitement, offering diners moments of enjoying delicious pho while savoring music in a vibrant community atmosphere before the show concludes at 9 PM.
The closing art night "Vietnam Rises Up"
On the evening of December 12th, from 7 PM to 8:30 PM, the stage will explode with the closing art program themed "Vietnam Rises Up".
This is a night for music, light, emotion, and pho stories told through the language of art, with a special performance from the lovely Hoang Duyen.
In particular, this is also an opportunity to honor the organizations, artisans, and businesses that have accompanied Pho Day, spreading the spirit and values of this dish widely.
After the closing ceremony, the pho-eating activities continue until 9 PM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy another bowl before concluding the flavorful Pho Day 2025.
Pho Yeu Thuong (Pho of Love) - 6 years of sharing and continuing to share.
"Come enjoy pho, send love to Phu Yen," that's the message that Pho Day 2025 aims to spread. At least 10% of the pho sales revenue during the two-day event, along with contributions from readers and partner organizations, will be dedicated to the "Pho of Love" program, supporting people severely affected by floods and storms in Dak Lak province (formerly Phu Yen).

"Pho of Love" is a long-standing journey, bringing warm bowls of pho to children, the poor, the vulnerable, and people in remote areas. Each trip is a story of sharing, where a bowl of pho is not just food but also encouragement and comfort.
In 2025, the program continues its journey, this time to Phu Yen province – a flood-stricken area that has just weathered Typhoon No. 14. Many families there are still recovering from the storms, and Pho Yeu Thuong hopes to contribute a small part to help them stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
Joining us on this special journey is artist Truong Giang, the ambassador of Pho Yeu Thuong (Pho of Love) in 2025.
As an ambassador, Truong Giang will not only spread his voice but will also go directly to the affected areas with his team, cook pho, and invite people to enjoy hot bowls of pho, as a sincere encouragement to those who are striving to overcome difficulties after the storms and floods.
