In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the police leaders of the two provinces happily informed each other of the outstanding achievements in the economic, cultural, and social situation, as well as in ensuring security and order in their respective areas over the past years. In particular, they discussed the effective implementation of political and foreign affairs tasks assigned by the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security , and the two provinces; and the results of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation on ensuring security and order between the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and the Hua Phan Provincial Police.
On behalf of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police leadership, Major General To Anh Dung, Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, acknowledged and expressed sincere gratitude for the goodwill and close cooperation of the Hua Phan Provincial Police over the past period. He also affirmed and highly appreciated the friendly cooperative relationship between the police forces of the two provinces in ensuring security and order, maintaining national border sovereignty , and creating stable and safe conditions for the people of both countries and provinces to work, produce, and visit relatives with peace of mind. This clearly demonstrates the close bond between the Vietnamese and Lao people in general, and the Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces in particular.

The Director of the Provincial Police Department expressed his hope that both sides would continue to strengthen their friendly cooperative relationship to successfully fulfill their duties, contributing to the strengthening of solidarity and friendship between the police forces of the two provinces in particular, and the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos in general, ensuring it remains ever-lasting and enduring.
On behalf of the Hua Phan Provincial Police, Major General Phetson In Su Phan, Director of the Hua Phan Provincial Police, congratulated Major General To Anh Dung, Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, and other leaders of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police force on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Police Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025). The Director of the Hua Phan Provincial Police also expressed his hope that the solidarity between the police forces of the two provinces would become increasingly close and strong, maintaining regular information exchange and close coordination in carrying out tasks, especially in coordinating efforts to ensure security and order along the border between the two provinces, effectively serving the socio-economic development of the localities.
