Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the second time to find the owner of the violating vehicle.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - The Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, has announced for the second time the search for the owners of vehicles that have violated administrative regulations in the field of road traffic and have exceeded the detention period, to resolve them according to the provisions of law.

Previously, on June 27, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police issued the first notice on finding the owners, managers, and legal users of 6,864 vehicles violating administrative regulations in the field of road traffic that had exceeded the detention period handed over by the previous district-level police.

However, up to now, there has been no case of violators, vehicle owners or legal representatives of vehicles coming to the Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police to contact and resolve the matter.

The Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police continues to announce for the second time the list of detained vehicles so that violators, vehicle owners or legal representatives of the vehicles can contact to resolve the issue (Address: Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, No. 01 Do Huy Cu, Hac Thanh Ward).

At the same time, the Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has sent a document requesting professional units of the Ministry of Public Security , the Police of provinces and centrally-run cities and the Office of the Investigation Police Agency, the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police to review the above 6,864 vehicles to identify those in the list of vehicles as evidence and those related to the cases that the units are handling.

After 1 month from the date of announcement (July 7, 2025), if the violator, vehicle owner or legal representative of the vehicle does not come to resolve the matter or does not receive a written response from the Police of the above units and localities, the Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police will proceed with the procedure of confiscating the vehicle and handling it according to regulations.
